Thoughts about the difference in filming from last year

Compared to filming last year it was very different in filming different media forms.

One of the main differences was that last year for our thriller film opening our shots were still and we used tripods. Compared to this year where our music videos are shot handheld without a tripod, giving it a personal feel.

We have base tracks in music videos as a main element to go with our soundtrack. As a music video is 2-3 minutes long it often refereed to as a clip.

Music videos don't always have plots and can be totally random, knowing this it gives us a wider parameter of what we can do and increases our creativeness.

Personally i preferred this years filming as i felt it could be as abstract/naturalistic as we felt.
